    I've been on Plaquenil for almost two weeks now, Yes, I know it will take a few months or longer to kick in. I am trying to be patient. Not one of my strong points. My question is, can I take all 400 mg's at night? I get terrible rumblings and gas about two hours after taking a pill with breakfast. When best time of day to take plaquenil.
