It typically happens in the evening or nighttime hours when you're sitting or lying down. Moving eases the unpleasant feeling temporarily. I have severe muscle spasms that seem like seizures & the jerking gets real bad at times, I can t stand very long or walk for more than 10 min tops on a good day. Sometimes, symptoms disappear for periods of time, then come back. Simple self-care steps and lifestyle changes may help relieve symptoms.
